WHY DID BRAD PITT AGREE TO CAMEO IN 'DEADPOOL 2' FOR THE DAILY MINIMUM?

If you’ve seen the film, you’ll notice Brad Pitt pops up on-screen for just a few seconds. But usually, brief cameos by superstar actors and actresses requires a lot of £££. But, Brad agreed to do the film for the daily minimum which was just around $1000… but why…?

Pitt agreed to do the part if he was given the daily minimum, but also, he wanted to be given a specific cup of coffee from Starbucks, and he wanted it hand-delivered by none other than Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool.

And Reynolds did just that. He came in the next day, handed him his coffee. And they went ahead and shot the cameo in about 30 minutes. It was also done in secrecy so a lot of people close to the film had no idea this was taking place.

Moreover, Reynolds has since said “it was a total solid and nicest thing anyone could do” as Brad Pitt essentially starred in the film for free, even though he could have charge hundreds of thousands/millions for his small cameo.

Lastly, Brad Pitt has also since spoken about the role and has said it was just about the “easiest thing [he’s] ever done”. Couldn’t argue with that one, Brad.
